Donor Privacy Statement
The California Inland Empire Council, Boy Scouts of America will not at any time share, distribute, or sell the names or any personal information of its donors to any individual, or public or private organization. Any member of the California Inland Empire Council who is in possession of any donor list is expressly forbidden to use the list for other than Council authorized purposes.
All staff responsible for the creation and or maintenance of such lists are expressly forbidden to release any names or personal information other than for official Council use. Exceptions to this policy will occur in newsletters or in other public recognition unless explicitly directed by the donor to not release such information.
Any donor who wishes to remain anonymous may do so at the time his or her donation is made by not identifying him/herself on contribution paperwork or by written request.
