Scouts BSA Leaders: Covers the patrol method, youth-led troop structure, advancement process, outdoor program planning, and merit badge counseling. Committee Chairs and Committee Members: Focuses on the roles and responsibilities of the committee in supporting the unit’s program, including administration, finance, and logistics.

CPRAED This training is designed to teach individuals how to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies effectively. The certification is from the Emergency Care and Safety Institute. CPRAED is a perquisite for Wilderness First

Wilderness First Aid (WFA) training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to handle medical emergencies in remote or wilderness settings, where professional medical assistance might be delayed. This training is essential for outdoor enthusiasts, hikers, campers, climbers, and professionals working in remote areas. All four of Scouting America high-adventure bases (HAB) require at least one person per trek (two per trek at Philmont Scout Ranch) to be current in WFA through one of Scouting America approved providers
